Men’s Relational and Sexual Wholeness Group (Problematic Sexual Behaviors)
Launches April 1st, 2025!
This Counseling Group is about understanding how to live a life that is free from shame, and instead gain community and healing in an area where we often feel we must hide.
Together, we will:
Explore the roots of relational struggles and unwanted sexual behavior.
Identify triggers, patterns, and cycles to foster greater self-awareness and change.
Practice vulnerability and authenticity, learning to live without masks.
Engage in exercises that build emotional resilience and self-control.
Cultivate accountability and trust in a supportive peer community.
Develop tools for a sustainable and fulfilling recovery journey.
NOTE: This is an Online group experience
“TRY SOFTER” ANXIETY & TRAUMA GROUPS
(FOR WOMEN)
Next Group: Winter 2025
“A Fresh Approach to Move Us out of Anxiety, Stress, and Survival Mode, & into a Life of Connection and Joy.”
This Group is for women who have had painful life experiences, deal with ongoing feelings of anxiety or distress, and who long to walk in greater peace & compassion with their stories. Structured around the book Try Softer by Aundi Kolber, this group will provide a space to learn, process, and connect with other women.
Try Softer isn't just about Trauma, but about how to see your full story, respond to your body, and learn how to live with peace, instead of being hijacked by anxiety or suppression.
BETRAYED PARTNERS GROUP
(FOR WOMEN)
Next Group: Winter 2025
Beginning this winter, we will be hosting Betrayed Partners Groups, specifically for persons who have experienced sexual betrayal. This might include that your significant other was involved in pornography, an affair, infidelity, or other sexual acting out. When we experience betrayal, it is painful, confusing, and isolating. Not only are we left reeling from these events, they often deepen our sense of self-doubt and shame, feeling that we weren’t good enough to satisfy our loved one. Additionally, betrayed persons are isolated and silenced, unable to find others with similar experiences and unable to speak about the events that occurred.
This group will give you education about betrayal, community with other women, and a safe space to process these events.
