New Men’s Group: Healing from Problematic Sexual Behavior

March 2025, we are excited to launch a new group for men, focused on healing from problematic sexual behavior. This will be a small, supportive group experience, limited to 7 participants.

Is This Group for You?

This group is designed for men who:

  • Are ready to face the impact of problematic or unwanted sexual behavior (PSB) on your life and relationships.

  • PSB: Problematic sexual behavior includes compulsive actions such as excessive pornography use, infidelity, risky encounters, or boundary violations, often accompanied by secrecy, shame, and negative impacts on relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning.

  • Want to understand the roots of their behavior and build healthier patterns.

  • Are seeking a supportive, non-judgmental space to process their struggles.

  • Desire tools to regain control, rebuild trust, and create lasting change.

  • Long to live more authentically, without masks, and reconnect with their true selves.

About the Group

Using Patrick Carnes’ renowned workbook Facing the Shadows, this 12-week/ 90 minutes per weekly session, group will provide a proven framework for recovery. Together, we will:

This group offers a safe and confidential space to uncover your true self, break free from destructive behaviors, and take meaningful steps toward healing and authenticity. Join us for this transformative experience.

This group will be facilitated by Emily Parker, a licensed mental health counselor associate, and her husband, Cody Parker, a life coach and counseling psychology student. Together, they bring a unique perspective shaped by their own journey through deep heartache, including experiences with betrayal and the challenges of problematic sexual behavior. Their shared passion is helping men and women find healing and growth through connection and support.

In this group, you’ll benefit from the combined insights of both a male and female perspective, offering a balanced and compassionate approach to addressing wounded sexuality and fostering meaningful recovery.

Cost of Group

The cost is $60 per session.
